RETURNS AND EXCAHANGES

For returns, please email contact@polkadotusa.com to receive the correct shipping address. Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition. Sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send it back to us using an insured service. Once your package is received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. Polkadot USA reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
